Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be willing to work as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to uphold company standards relating to appearance and dress
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, guest-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods of time
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables when needed
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guest seatings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and back-of-house support areas
- Refill water, bread, coffee, and other table items as directed by the server
- Assist with stocking, polishing glassware/silverware, and preparing service areas
- Respond promptly to guest needs, requests, and special accommodations
- Support a team environment by communicating with servers, hosts, and managers
- Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures
