The role of the Server Assistant is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations in the front of house. This part-time, tipped position requires availability for shifts starting as early as 3:30pm from Tuesday through Saturday. As a Server Assistant, you will support the server team and expedite communication between the kitchen and dining area to ensure timely delivery of food while maintaining quality and presentation. Your efforts directly enhance the guest experience by allowing servers to focus on their interactions and ensuring guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently. Beyond assisting servers by delivering dishes, maintaining clean and organized tables, and preparing the dining and bar areas for service, you will also take part in thorough cleaning and sanitation practices. This means helping uphold the restaurant’s high standards for hygiene and safety. Furthermore, there are opportunities for you to deepen your food and beverage knowledge by participating in menu studies and attending beverage classes, as well as learning about special events and overall restaurant operations.
