This Server Assistant role at Main Event is focused on supporting servers to ensure every guest has a fantastic experience from start to finish. Server Assistants play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and prompt service in the dining areas, assisting with tasks such as refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and helping with table turns to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The position requires working closely with the server team to anticipate guest needs, greet guests warmly, and contribute to a seamless dining experience. Server Assistants are also responsible for upholding the highest safety and sanitation standards, ensuring every guest encounter reflects the values and professionalism Main Event is known for.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that demands strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills. Candidates should possess a guest-focused mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a busy environment. While prior food and beverage experience can be beneficial, it is not mandatory, as Main Event offers a supportive environment for new team members to grow and develop. Certification such as Food Handlers and Alcohol Certification may be required depending on local regulations.
