The position available is for a Guest Service Support Expert, a part-time, non-management role located at 300 12th Ave S, Nashville. This role is essential to the smooth operation of food and beverage services at Zaytinya. The Guest Service Support Expert plays a dynamic role in ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience contributes positively to the guests' overall enjoyment. This includes tasks like setting tables, assisting kitchen operations, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. The role requires hands-on involvement and physical activity such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility are critical, as the position demands maintaining professional appearance and communication, following company policies, and upholding quality operational standards.
