Job Duties

  • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
  • clean and set up tables during service periods and perform related tasks including general cleaning and setup
  • serve water, bread, and coffee, greeting guests by name whenever possible
  • stack trays properly for efficient server unloading and ensure safety standards are maintained at all times
  • complete closing tasks including storing reusable items, breaking down merchandise, cleaning equipment and areas, restocking articles, locking refrigerators, turning off lights, closing doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
  • establish, store, and maintain work areas
  • inspect cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glass, and silverware before use
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • comply with health and safety standards
