The Server Assistant role at T's Restaurant Group plays a vital part in supporting the front-of-house operations to ensure guests receive the best possible service throughout their dining experience. This part-time position operates under the supervision of the Restaurant General Manager and is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, friendly, and thrive in a team atmosphere. As a Server Assistant, you will be the backbone of the dining room support system, helping the servers maintain cleanliness and efficiency while delivering friendly and attentive service to guests. Duties include setting and clearing tables, assisting with food delivery to tables, greeting guests upon arrival and departure, and restocking server stations. You will also assist with packing take-out and delivery orders, ensuring that all guests receive their orders accurately and promptly.
