The role of Server Assistant within The Hillsboro Club’s Food and Beverage Department is a critical entry-level hospitality position designed to support wait staff and enhance the overall dining experience for club members and their guests. - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred

Job Duties
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure efficient and accurate meal service
- Set up and maintain the dining area including tables, chairs, and other necessary equipment
- Greet and seat guests, assist with menu recommendations and take drink orders
- Assist servers with food delivery and retrieval of dirty dishes
- Refill water glasses and assist with other beverage refills as needed
- Keep dining area clean and organized throughout service
- Provide timely assistance to guests with special requests or needs
