Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in food and beverage or upscale hospitality roles
Basic understanding of table service guidelines
Knowledge of proper order of service and placement of luxury table settings
Familiarity with basic food preparation concepts and culinary terminology
Highly motivated detail-oriented and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Strong passion for hospitality and collaborative team mentality
Ability to stand walk bend climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Focus on table maintenance in the dining room ensuring tables are promptly cleared sanitized and flawlessly reset according to brand standards
Master table numbers seating charts and server sections to navigate the floor with precision
Proactively polish and restock clean glassware flatware china and fresh linens throughout the shift
Clean organize and maintain all service stations beverage areas and side-work hubs
Set up the dining room before service with foundational items including water carafes coffee iced tea and ice reservoirs
Deliver culinary items and beverages from the kitchen to guest tables exactly as indicated by kitchen tickets
Assist front-of-house waitstaff and back-of-house kitchen staff with refilling guest beverages restocking line plates bagging to-go orders and prepping the expediter station
Handle additional guest requests with gracious hospitality involving primary Server or Manager as needed
Assist with physical configuration of the room including moving or adjusting tables chairs and highchairs for guest comfort
Execute all pre-shift post-shift daily and weekly side-work duties with discipline under leader direction
Participate in daily pre-shift meetings to review daily specials floor pacing and VIP reservations
Maintain the highest level of personal hygiene and luxury presentation standards including clean pressed uniform and professionally styled hair and nails
Arrive on time fully dressed in uniform and equipped with necessary tools
Accurately punch in and out for shifts and coordinate meal breaks with the team
Follow established restaurant procedures for schedule or shift changes and coordinate time-off requests with management
