This position is full-time and non-management within the food and beverage department, located at 9703 Collins Ave, Bal Harbour, Florida. The role centers on providing professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to all guests at the pool and beach facilities of the hotel. Core responsibilities encompass setting up and clearing tables, serving water, bread, and coffee, greeting guests warmly and personally when possible, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The individual will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of tableware, replenishing supplies, and adhering to strict health and safety standards throughout the working day. Closing tasks include securing all reusable goods, cleaning equipment and service areas, restocking items, turning off lights, locking refrigerators and doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists.
