The position of Guest Service Support Expert is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of food and beverage services at The Ritz-Carlton. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • availability to work full time with open availability preferred
  • ability to read and visually verify menu information
  • adherence to professional appearance and communication standards
