The role available at the David Rubenstein Forum is that of a Server Assistant, an essential member of the restaurant team. This position involves providing direct support to assigned servers by ensuring the smooth operation of service sections within the restaurant. Key responsibilities include setting and clearing tables efficiently, replenishing water and condiments, serving bread and butter, and running food items to guests. The Server Assistant plays a pivotal role in maintaining a clean and orderly environment while promptly responding to guest needs and any unforeseen service challenges.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant and professional demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively within the team. Candidates are expected to have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of restaurant experience to be successful in this role.
