This position is for a Server Assistant at one of our Ruth's Chris Steak House locations. The Server Assistant will report to the Manager and play an essential role in supporting the service team and enhancing guest satisfaction by ensuring seamless and efficient dining experiences. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of front-of-house service stations, assisting servers, clearing and resetting tables, and performing a variety of physical and supportive duties. The Server Assistant communicates directly with servers to anticipate and meet guest needs, thus contributing to the impeccable hospitality that Ruth's Chris Steak House is known for.
