Job Qualifications
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests
- no previous restaurant experience required
- be able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
- be able to work in a standing position for long periods

Job Duties
- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Preston's Steakhouse
- promptly greet guests as they are seated with water
- remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for the next course
- clear tables after guests leave
- clean tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors between seatings
- take soiled tableware to dish room and sort accordingly
- perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service
- respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to servers
- assist servers with food delivery during busy periods
- thank guests as they leave
- carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply areas
- clean up spilled food, drinks, or broken dishes and remove trash
- maintain supplies of linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays
- inspect and clean restrooms regularly
- attend employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement
- coordinate with fellow employees to meet guest needs
- fill in for fellow employees to ensure guest services and efficient operations
