The position offers variable pay based on location plus tips, ensuring that compensation aligns with local standards while rewarding excellent service. The benefits package includes competitive pay distributed weekly, anniversary pay as a token of appreciation for continued commitment, paid sick leave to support health and well-being, and robust medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additionally, the restaurant provides multiple insurance options, wealth-building benefits, and flexible spending accounts to support the financial security and needs of employees. Dining and other discounts offer perks that extend the hospitality experience beyond the workplace, while a matching 401(k) plan becomes available after one year of employment for those aged 21 and over, supporting long-term financial planning and stability.

The Capital Grille invites applicants who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment that prizes kindness, professionalism, and excellence.
