Job Duties
- assist kitchen staff with food and condiment assembly following standards
- check orders for accuracy and review with guests
- track food times on the dining floor
- stock tables with necessary items
- bus tables promptly and efficiently
- offer drink recommendations and refills
- decant and sell wine and perform tableside service
