We are currently seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will assist both the kitchen staff and servers to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the assembly of prepared food and condiments in the kitchen, adhering strictly to Fleming's standards for food preparation and presentation. Accuracy is crucial in this role, as you will also be responsible for checking orders and reviewing them with guests to ensure satisfaction and that offerings meet their expectations.

In addition to working in the kitchen, the Server Assistant plays an essential role on the dining floor alongside servers. You will help track food times, ensuring timely delivery of dishes; stock tables with necessary items; bus tables to maintain cleanliness and efficiency; and provide helpful service such as offering drink recommendations and refills. The position also involves decanting and selling wine as well as performing tableside service to elevate the guest experience further.
