This role is for a Guest Service Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas Las Colinas. It is a full-time, non-management position within the Food and Beverage and Culinary category. This role is tip eligible and service charge eligible, reflecting the service nature of the position. The Guest Service Expert plays a vital role in crafting a unique and memorable guest experience beyond simply serving food and beverages. Responsibilities extend to setting tables, assisting in the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and restocking supplies.
