- Minimum 1 to 2 years in a high volume restaurant
- able to work on feet for extended periods
- able to sustain high energy activities for long periods
- able to lift 50 pounds
- able to carry full cocktail and large oval trays safely and consistently
- regular reliable predictable attendance
- related training or job experience demonstrating knowledge and skills
- minimum 18 years of age
