Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Proficiency in using POS systems and related computer applications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to respond to emergency situations as outlined in the Disaster Response Playbook
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Use of computers and working knowledge of POS system and software applications
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, clients, and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greets all guests and takes beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner
- Prepares food and beverages for service to residents and guests in compliance with all health and safety regulations and presentation standards
- Accurately enters orders into the POS system
- Serves food and beverages to residents and guests with accuracy in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, meeting or exceeding guest service standards and expectations
- Works with and follows up with Supervisors and Managers to address and respond to residents’ concerns and requests in regard to food quality, service, and related matters
- Provides Managers and Supervisors with continuous feedback from residents on food preparation, presentation, and taste
- Performs side-work and other opening or closing duties as required
- Ensures that waitstaff stations are clean and maintained throughout the shift
- Performs the necessary duties for emergency drills and situations such as fire, fire alarms, hurricanes, and other possible emergencies as outlined in the Disaster Response Playbook
- Interacts with residents/clients and co-workers with patience, understanding and kindness in accordance with Arcadia Family of Companies’ mission and core values
