- Available to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Bartending experience required: ability to craft cocktails, handle bar service, and manage bar responsibilities
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Food Handlers Card and MAST Certification

Job Duties
- Take guest menu selections and submit orders accurately
- Present food and beverage preferences to guests
- Craft and serve cocktails as a bartender
- Engage guests with knowledgeable recommendations
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables
- Support restaurant preparation and maintain cleanliness
- Work flexible shifts including AM and PM
- Provide service for both Conversation Restaurant and In-Room Dining
