This job opening invites enthusiastic individuals to join the Food & Beverage team at Conversation Restaurant and Bar as a Server, Support Flex, and Bartender. The Conversation Flex position is a versatile role designed to engage team members in various capacities including serving guests, assisting servers, and bartending. The role offers a flexible work schedule with both morning and evening shifts, supporting the restaurant and in-room dining services. Candidates will be responsible for taking guest orders, offering knowledgeable menu and drink recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive and friendly service. As a bartender, the employee will craft and serve creative cocktails, contributing to the restaurant’s lively atmosphere. While serving as a server assistant, responsibilities include resetting tables, assisting with restaurant preparation, and maintaining cleanliness. This position requires stamina, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The hourly wage starts at $18.00 and employees receive the full amount of gratuities given by guests in addition to a service charge. The role also features incrementally increased wages for long-term staff with additional pay after five, seven, and ten years of service. This is an hourly role that offers comprehensive benefits, creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for dedicated hospitality professionals.

  • Bartending experience required: ability to craft cocktails, handle bar service, and manage bar responsibilities
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Food Handlers Card and MAST Certification
