Job Description

We are an established Asian restaurant dedicated to providing an authentic and enjoyable dining experience to our customers. Currently, we are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team in various roles including servers, kitchen staff, and dishwashers. We offer a part-time employment opportunity with starting pay that varies depending on the role - servers start at $11.79 per hour plus tips, while kitchen staff start at $15.16 per hour. We prioritize excellent customer service skills, with English fluency required for servers, and English or Spanish speaking abilities preferred in other positions. Experience in the food service industry is a plus but is not a requirement, as we are willing to provide training to the right candidates. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work part-time hours
  • Good communication skills in English especially for server position
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English for servers
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for other roles
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Job Duties

  • Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and cook food following restaurant recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Assist with stocking and inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
