Mister Charles, their iconic new restaurant, is situated in one of Dallas's most recognizable buildings - the former Highland Park Pharmacy at the corner of Knox and Travis inside Weir's Plaza. As Duro Hospitality continues its accelerated growth with plans to open additional restaurants later this year, the company is seeking seasoned fine dining servers and bartenders to join its accomplished team. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of fine dining service experience
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and fine dining protocols
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
  • Commitment to providing outstanding guest service

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional fine dining service to guests
  • Prepare and serve craft cocktails, fine wines, and champagnes
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and drink offerings
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
