The Server role at StoryPoint Medina is a part-time position scheduled in shifts from 6am to 2pm and 4pm to 7:30pm, ideal for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service in a senior living environment. This position entails a variety of food service responsibilities along with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of service areas, facilities, and equipment. The Server acts as a key service provider, delivering meals to residents and guests professionally and with genuine care, ensuring high quality and timely service. The role demands a friendly, team-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to handle resident concerns tactfully and contribute positively to the overall dining experience.
