The Server position is essential to our restaurant's operations, requiring individuals with excellent communication and multitasking abilities, a detailed knowledge of our menu offerings, and a passion for guest service. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit
Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines
Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests
Process payments, close checks, and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, maintain a tidy and organized service area, and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications
Physical ability to stand for long hours, lift and carry objects (20-50 lbs), walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions
