Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to work mornings on a part-time basis
- Eligibility to work in the EU
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain grooming and appearance standards
- Capacity to work flexible hours
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Prepare room for dining by setting and detailing tables including condiments, candles, napkins, plates, glassware and utensils
- Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu offerings, suggesting courses, explaining menu additions, recommending wine pairings, answering allergy and dietary questions
- Inform guests about restaurant offerings and local amenities
- Adhere to bar-lab policies, sanitation standards, safety and alcohol control procedures
- Stay updated on menu choices and availability
- Transmit orders accurately to bar and kitchen using POS system, noting dietary needs and special requests
- Fire courses in accordance with kitchen and guest needs
- Ensure timely delivery of orders with correct accompaniments
- Respond to additional guest requests, involving management when necessary
- Maintain table setting by removing completed courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses and addressing spills
- Properly describe, open and pour wine tableside
- Obtain payment by totaling charges, issuing bills, processing payments and returning receipts
- Retrieve signed credit card or room charge slips prior to guest departure and express gratitude
- Assist other staff and perform cleaning tasks as time allows
- Fill in for absent staff and assist with special events
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
- Address guest service issues promptly and escalate to management when required
- Carry out additional requests from management to maintain service flow and cleanliness
