The role of Server at Eastside Bar + Bites is crafted for individuals passionate about hospitality and delivering superior service. As a Server, you will be the front line of guest engagement—greeting guests with enthusiasm, skillfully taking orders, serving food and beverages, and checking on guest satisfaction. The position is available for AM and PM shifts, offering flexibility and the chance to be part of a dynamic team environment.

The Server’s responsibilities go beyond basic duties, encouraging staff to use discretion and initiative to resolve guest concerns and transform regular dining moments into magical experiences.
