Job Requirements
- Must have previous experience in beverage service
- Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to engage guests in casual conversation
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and presentation
- Physical stamina for demanding shifts
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in upscale beverage programming preferred
- Strong and deep knowledge of cocktails and beverage offerings
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting moderate weights
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment
Job Duties
- Submit and present guest beverage selections
- Gain expert menu knowledge and recommend a variety of libations
- Engage guests in casual conversation to enhance their experience
- Maintain an attractive and well-organized service environment
- Demonstrate deep cocktail knowledge beyond basic offerings
- Curate complicated cocktail selections for guests
- Exhibit refined verbal communication skills with guests
