Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Provide highly attentive and friendly service to guests
- Guide guests through menu selections with informed food and beverage recommendations
- Take accurate food and drink orders ensuring all special requests are noted
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Uphold health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and pleasant guest experiences
- Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits
