Job Requirements

minimum of 1 year experience as a server in a table-service restaurant
flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
valid alcohol certification
ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
elevated knowledge of wine and spirits
highly developed interpersonal skills
basic bookkeeping knowledge
working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
high level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
