Arrow Senior Living is a distinguished senior living community dedicated to providing a warm, home-like environment for its residents and team members alike. With a commitment to core values centered on compassion, respect, and quality care, Arrow Senior Living has established itself as a premier provider of senior care services. Located in Little Rock, Arkansas, at Summit on Chenal Valley Drive, Arrow Senior Living focuses on enhancing the quality of life for its residents through enriching activities, personalized care, and a supportive community atmosphere. The company fosters a culture where both residents and employees feel valued and appreciated, which is evident from the positive testimonials of staff members who express a genuine love for their roles and the people they serve.

The Server position at Arrow Senior Living is a part-time opportunity offering competitive hourly wages ranging from $15 to $19.50. Shifts are scheduled primarily on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., providing a balanced work schedule for individuals seeking meaningful employment in a supportive setting. This role is integral to the dining experience, ensuring residents receive attentive and friendly service in a comfortable environment.

The role encourages a spirit of hospitality where you act as the "Host with the Most," greeting residents warmly, making them feel welcomed, and creating an atmosphere conducive to connection and enjoyment during meal times. Beyond serving food, the Server is responsible for preparing dining areas and meal components, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness are maintained throughout shifts, and communicating effectively with supervisors about residents’ dietary needs and any notable changes in their eating habits. This position demands a positive, energetic attitude and a dedication to fostering a welcoming dining environment that supports residents’ health and happiness.

In essence, the Server role at Arrow Senior Living offers an enriching career path within a company known for promoting from within, employee appreciation, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates will benefit from a supportive team culture, opportunities for personal and professional growth, and the satisfaction that comes from making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors every day.
