This is a part-time server position offering a starting wage of $7.25 per hour plus tips, with a projected earning potential of $17.25 per hour based on an example of $10 per hour in tips. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and ready to support the fast-paced environment of a restaurant launch, working flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. To promote dedication during the critical opening period, Kura Sushi offers a $500 Stay Bonus to employees who complete their first 90 days in good standing at the Sunset Valley location. This incentive acknowledges reliability, commitment, and teamwork and aims to reward those who contribute positively to the team dynamic.
