As a Server at Red Lobster, you will welcome guests with a smile, take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them correctly into the POS system, and deliver orders promptly. You will suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest experience, ensure customer satisfaction by regularly checking in, offer drink refills, and clear unused items. You will close out bills in a timely manner, thank guests, and invite them to return. Following all food safety guidelines is vital to maintaining the restaurant's high standards.

Physical requirements include meeting the minimum age and work authorization in the United States, safely bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for an entire shift lasting 8 to 12 hours.
