As a Server at Red Lobster, you will be the welcoming face of the restaurant, responsible for creating a warm and friendly dining experience for guests. Your role will involve greeting customers with a smile, suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance their meal, accurately taking food and drink orders using the POS system, and ensuring orders are delivered promptly. A successful server at Red Lobster will also maintain excellent customer service by checking on guests regularly, offering refill drinks, and clearing unused items efficiently.
