The Server position at Pacific Catch is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt role focused on delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment. Servers are essential to maintaining the brand's reputation for quality and hospitality by ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Servers will take on responsibilities ranging from welcoming guests, presenting menus, making recommendations, accurately taking and processing orders, to ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal. Weekend availability is a must, and flexibility with scheduling is expected as hours may vary week to week.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school education is required
- hospitality or other degrees are a plus
- minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred
Job Duties
- Present drink menu, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- take orders
- promptly serve food and drink
- check in with guests regarding their experience
- up-sell whenever possible
- record drink or food orders accurately and immediately after receipt into POS
- accept and process guest payment and make correct change as applicable
- efficiently maintain guest tables throughout the meal
- clear chopstick wrappers, dirty napkins, dirty glasses, dirty dishes, and dirty silverware as necessary
