As a Server at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, guiding them through our menu selections, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivering of meals. This role demands attention to detail in entering orders correctly into the POS system, providing ongoing customer engagement such as beverage refills, and adhering to all food safety protocols. The position requires physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods and safely handling up to 30 pounds of weight.
