We are currently seeking a professional and experienced restaurant server to join our dedicated team at WOB Bar & Kitchen. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating customers, presenting menus, suggesting menu items to enhance the dining experience, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring timely service of orders.

The successful candidate will act as a knowledgeable ambassador of our craft beer selection and food menu, assisting customers in making choices that complement their tastes and preferences. This position reports to the Managing Partner (GM) and Manager and requires an individual who can stand and work throughout their shift with the physical ability to carry food and drink trays, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds. Attention to food safety and sanitation standards is paramount, ensuring the health and satisfaction of every guest. Warmth, friendliness, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure will help the candidate succeed and contribute to the overall sales and job functions within the team. Our commitment to excellence means that all new hires are required to obtain any necessary food or alcohol awareness certifications within 30 days of employment.
