We are currently seeking a dedicated Casual Dining Server to join our hospitality team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every dining experience exceeds our members' expectations through exemplary service. The Casual Dining Server will be responsible for delivering food and beverage service with professionalism, knowledge, respect, and courtesy, all while adhering to the club’s established service standards. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of hospitality service principles and alcoholic beverage management, including responsible serving techniques and product knowledge.

In this role, servers must demonstrate exceptional attentiveness by anticipating the needs of members, paying close attention to detail, and maintaining a high-energy presence throughout their shift. Serving our guests with warmth and efficiency is essential to create a memorable and enjoyable dining environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as proficient listening abilities to accurately capture and fulfill member preferences and requests.

Physical endurance is essential for success in this position, as the server will spend extended periods standing and moving during shifts that can last up to 10 hours. The job also involves safely lifting and carrying items weighing between 10 and 50 pounds within a fast-paced and dynamic setting. This combination of stamina, service expertise, and professionalism ensures that the club continues to provide a top-tier experience revered by its members.
