Seasonal staff often build lasting connections not only with guests but also with a diverse team from around the globe, enhancing their personal and professional experience. Housing availability for seasonal employees makes relocating easier and allows for full immersion in the mountain community.
This role demands enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and value-driven service. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, fluent in English, capable of standing for long periods, and able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
