The Server position available at Campers Inn RV is an essential role within their hospitality service team. This role demands an individual who is attentive, friendly, and efficient in providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring each customer enjoys a positive dining experience from arrival through to payment. Servers act as the frontline representatives of the company's dining services, requiring excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth service flows.

In this fast-paced environment, multitasking and product knowledge are crucial. Candidates must be able to greet guests warmly, accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, check in with customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction, and responsibly handle payment transactions, including cash, credit, and gift cards. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area is also part of the role, alongside assisting with opening, side work, and closing tasks as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have prior serving or customer service experience and the availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and be on their feet for extended periods. Food handler's or alcohol service certification is preferred but training is provided if necessary.
