The Server role at Mambo Seafood is a dynamic and essential position within the restaurant. This full-time or part-time opportunity requires a professional individual with high energy and excellent communication skills who can represent the brand with enthusiasm and care. In this role, the Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and drink service while engaging with customers about the menu, daily specials, and limited-time offers. Precision and attentiveness are crucial as the Server accurately takes orders, processes payments, and maintains a positive dining environment. Additionally, the Server plays a significant role in upholding health and safety standards, including adherence to alcohol service policies and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
