As part of its dedicated team, Dignity is currently looking for a Dining Server who will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for residents and guests. In this position, you will be expected to take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring residents feel valued and well-cared for. Assisting residents with menu selections and providing clear, friendly descriptions of menu items will be key to helping them make satisfying dining choices. In addition, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining room and bistro areas, as well as completing assigned side work and opening and closing duties, will be part of your daily responsibilities. Attending pre-meal meetings to stay informed about menu offerings and using Sunrise’s systems for precise order entry and meal delivery are essential components of the role.

Another critical aspect is adherence to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards, which ensures that the dining environment meets health regulations and provides residents with safe meal options. The successful candidate will help build a hospitable environment by consistently delivering excellent service and fostering positive interactions with residents, their families, and fellow team members. The pay range for this position is between $17.00 and $21.25, reflecting competitive compensation for meaningful and impactful work.
