As a Server, you will be expected to master First Watch's Five Steps of Service, a proven approach that fosters teamwork and customer satisfaction. You will excel in multitasking, menu expertise, and genuine interaction with guests. Supporting fellow team members, treating everyone with kindness and respect, and maintaining a high standard of food safety are essential aspects of this role.
