We are currently seeking a dedicated and courteous Server to join our team at one of our Independent Living communities. This role is integral to enhancing the dining experience for our senior residents by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service. The Server is responsible for utilizing proper food handling and service techniques including taking meal and drink orders, serving meals promptly, and ensuring resident satisfaction. The position demands a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness, order, and hospitality standards in the dining room and surrounding areas.
This role offers competitive wages and flexible scheduling options with both full-time and part-time hours. Servers receive access to wages before payday, paid time off, and holidays if employed full-time. A comprehensive benefits package inclusive of health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances is available for full-time employees. At Provincial Senior Living, the Server position is suited for individuals who enjoy engaging directly with residents and contributing positively to their daily lives. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably previous experience in fine dining service. This role not only requires delivering outstanding service but also involves participation in orientation and training for new food servers, adherence to safety and loss prevention procedures, and performing opening and closing duties.
Joining Provincial Senior Living means becoming part of a team that values connection, respect, and professional excellence. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact and working in a supportive, rewarding environment, we encourage you to apply and embark on a fulfilling career path with us.
