As a Server, you will report to the Dining Services Director or Dining Room Supervisor and may have the added responsibility of a lead server, in which you will mentor and train new servers following the high standards Century Park sets. This role includes assisting in the preparation and setup of the dining room, managing meal ticket counts, and ensuring the timely service of meals with proper techniques. The daily activities are thorough and varied, including greeting residents and visitors, assisting residents with food selection, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the dining area, and supporting dish room tasks.

Employees in this role are expected to exemplify excellent customer service and hospitality, maintaining positive relations with residents and guests through courteousness, cooperation, and understanding. Integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies, including completion of required training such as ServSafe, are critical components of the job.
