We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. This role is full-time, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced food service environments and enjoy interacting with customers.
The Server will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This position involves taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. The individual in this role must maintain a positive attitude and cooperate seamlessly with other team members including bussers, cooks, and management staff. Experience in customer service is highly valued as it contributes to effectively handling busy periods, addressing customer concerns, and providing personalized recommendations. The Server must be knowledgeable about the menu items to confidently make suggestions, including beverage pairings, enhancing the overall guest experience.
This position requires strong multitasking skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The Server will also be responsible for handling payments accurately using a point-of-sale system and preparing checks itemizing meal costs and applicable sales taxes. Working in this role offers the chance to develop and sharpen interpersonal communication skills within a lively restaurant environment. Job Requirements
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
- At least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner

- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Collect payments from tables
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
