Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be 18 years or older
State-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests

Job Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

Serve guests in a fast-paced environment providing exceptional hospitality
Practice safe food handling procedures and demonstrate awareness of food allergens
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
Uphold cash handling procedures and company policies
Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure excellent service
Obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
