The Server is entrusted with serving and preparing beverages, following responsible alcohol service guidelines, and maintaining well-stocked bar areas. Beyond food service, this role emphasizes resident interaction that is warm, respectful, and personalized, recognizing the unique preferences and needs of each individual. The Server also plays a pivotal role in supporting the community’s hospitality and marketing efforts by engaging positively with prospective residents and guests during tours and events.

Safety and sanitation are focal points in this position, requiring the Server to maintain a sanitary work environment, adhere to illness and injury prevention programs, and comply with emergency preparedness plans. Pursuit of required training, certifications such as Food Handler’s Permit and First Aid/CPR, and completion of mandated meetings are integral components of the position to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company expectations.
