Job Description

Cypress Cove is a renowned 60-acre Life Plan Community, also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), dedicated to providing exceptional senior living with a full continuum of care. Situated in a serene environment, Cypress Cove offers its residents a lifestyle marked by independence, comfort, and a strong sense of community. This vibrant community boasts unmatched amenities, including fine dining options, meticulously maintained grounds, and elegant décor that create an atmosphere of refinement and warmth. Residents benefit from a wide array of living options including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, and Rehabilitation services, all designed to meet their evolving needs with dignity and compassion.

Cypress Cove maintains a unique resident-staff relationship that emphasizes engagement, friendliness, and personalized service, making it a beloved place for both its residents and employees. The community prioritizes a welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for, and employees find fulfilling career opportunities with support and growth. The employer proudly operates as an Equal Opportunity Employer and upholds a drug-free and tobacco-free workplace.

The available Server positions at Cypress Cove include both part-time and full-time roles. These are non-tipping positions offering competitive wages of up to $19 per hour, dependent on experience, along with exceptional benefits. The compensation structure ensures employees receive a dependable hourly wage without relying on tips, setting Cypress Cove apart as a fair and transparent employer. Servers at Cypress Cove play a critical role in executing the community’s mission to provide residents with well-prepared, diverse cuisine across three onsite restaurants. These range from casual poolside dining venues to elegant fine dining experiences, requiring servers to adapt and provide excellent service in different settings.

As a Server, you will be part of a passionate culinary team that values compassion, service orientation, and a genuine love for food and hospitality. The role involves more than just serving meals—it’s about creating memorable dining experiences that contribute to the overall quality of life for Cypress Cove residents. Employees enjoy flexible scheduling with no late-night shifts past 9 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. In addition, the community supports ongoing employee development through tuition reimbursement and continuing education opportunities for employees and their families.

Comprehensive benefits enhance this employment opportunity, including medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, paid time off starting from day one, a 401(k) plan with a 6% company match, employee assistance programs, and unique perks such as free employee clinic visits and telemedicine services for family members. These benefits ensure that employees are well supported both professionally and personally, underscoring Cypress Cove’s commitment to its workforce.

Overall, Cypress Cove offers an enriching work environment for servers looking to build their careers in a senior living setting that values respect, quality service, and community engagement.
