Guest Service Experts are proactive team members who contribute to every stage of the guest’s visit by preparing tables, collaborating with the kitchen, engaging with guests, and maintaining orderly work and storage areas. The position requires a hands-on approach with an emphasis on safety, professionalism, and attention to detail. It involves physical activities such as standing, walking on uneven or sloped surfaces, lifting or moving items of up to 50 pounds, reaching, bending, and stretching – all crucial to delivering seamless service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
