The role of a Server at Red Lobster is central to delivering this unique guest experience. The Server acts as the face of the restaurant, greeting every guest with a smile and ensuring excellent service throughout their dining experience. Regularly checking back with guests to offer refills and clearing used items helps maintain a clean and pleasant dining environment. The position also requires delivering and settling checks in a timely manner while ensuring guests feel appreciated and invited to return. Maintaining compliance with all food safety standards is a critical part of the Server’s responsibilities to ensure guest health and satisfaction.

The Server position at Red Lobster offers a competitive compensation package including a base wage plus tips, with pay ranging from USD 3.63 to 25.00 per hour depending on experience and performance.
