Job Description

Brandon Wilde is a distinguished Life Plan Community located on a picturesque 73-acre campus in Evans, Georgia. Dedicated to enriching the lives of over 400 senior residents, Brandon Wilde combines a compassionate approach with exceptional hospitality to create a nurturing environment where seniors can thrive. The community places a strong emphasis on investing in both its residents and its team members, fostering a workplace culture that values growth, respect, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in senior living. As part of this extraordinary establishment, employees have the chance to engage with inspiring individuals and contribute to a vibrant, supportive community that truly feels like home.

The role of Server at Brandon Wilde is central to the culinary team, offering a hospitality-focused position that directly influences the dining experience of our esteemed residents. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and who thrive in environments where kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism are paramount. Servers are responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks that ensure food quality, presentation, and dining room aesthetics consistently meet community standards. Working at Brandon Wilde means joining a team that not only values excellence but also encourages employees to fully embrace the meaningful work of serving and engaging with seniors.

This position offers flexible scheduling options including full-time shifts from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, as well as part-time evening shifts from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM, all with weekend availability. The compensation goes up to $13 per hour, providing a competitive wage for hospitality roles in senior living settings. Full-time employees benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, and various other perks that create a fulfilling work environment.

In addition to the compensation and benefits, Brandon Wilde supports its staff with unique offerings such as DailyPay, which allows employees to receive payment on the same day they work, enhancing financial flexibility and peace of mind. The company also invests in its team members’ education through resident-sponsored scholarships and fosters a healthy lifestyle with access to an on-site gym and an Olympic-sized swimming pool. Employees enjoy free parking, an employee assistance program, and a workplace culture that is engaging, fun, and focused on teamwork.

As a Server, you will be expected to maintain stringent cleanliness, sanitation, and organizational standards within the dining area and your workstation. You will serve residents with grace and courtesy, taking orders accurately and responding knowledgeably to menu inquiries. The role demands consistent attention to food quality, appearance, and proper serving etiquette, ensuring every dining experience is inviting and satisfying. This is a career opportunity for those who see serving not just as a job but as a meaningful way to connect and contribute to the well-being of others, especially seniors.

Brandon Wilde seeks candidates who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about hospitality and senior engagement.
